The University of North Texas is among a small group of CRM users in higher education that are changing the way institutions serve the needs of their students.

In April 2015, UNT launched Salesforce with Academic Advising and it integrated advising notes at the helm. Admissions and University Relations, Communications, and Marketing joined the CRM in May 2016.
