Hamilton Family Center’s mission is to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area. HFC works to reduce the waitlist for family shelters in San Francisco to zero so that every child has a safe place to sleep, by scaling its homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing programs. In the past 6 months, HFC successfully housed 150 families through its rapid re-housing program, doubling their impact from the prior year.
