The agenda has something for everyone. The breakout sessions feature a breadth of topics of Innovation within: Recruitment, Student Success; Advancement; Community Engagement & Marketing; General; and Technical. We’ve also added “How To” sessions to provide more in-depth discussion or hands-on exploration of key topics. Check back frequently as we will update the schedule after all speakers are selected. Ticket Price* General Admission: On and After 2/1/17 - $250.00 *These prices are for attendees from higher ed institutions. If you are from a non-higher ed institution the ticket price is $2,500. FAQs

What is the cost of registration? Registration is $250 for full time employees of higher education institutions. Before February 1st, we offered an early bird rate of $200. For those who are not full time employees of higher education institutions, the fee to attend is $2500. Where and when is Higher Ed Summit 2017? Higher Ed Summit 2017 is cohosted by Salesforce.org and The University of Texas System in beautiful Austin Texas, April 27th - 29th. The majority of our conference activities will take place at the Hilton Austin, located on 4th Street in Downtown Austin. What if I need to cancel my conference registration? All cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] by date noted below to receive full or partial refunds.

Full Refund - Cancellation must be received by 11:59pm (PT) on Friday, March 31, 2017.
50% Refund - Cancellation must be received between 12:00am (PT) on Saturday, April 1, 2017 and 11:59pm (PT) on Sunday, April 9, 2017.
No Refund - No refunds will be given for cancellations that occur on or after 12:00am (PT) on Monday, April 10, 2017.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else? Transfers within your university, company, or department will be accepted through Wednesday, April 19th. Please contact us at [email protected] to make the transfer. Are there any discounts available for registration or travel? No, we do not currently have discounts available for registration or travel. How do I attend if I am not a full time employee of a higher ed institution? While the General Attendee rate of $250 is only available to full-time employees of higher ed institutions, we welcome consultants and other attendees to join us for a fee of $2500. Please note that all registrations using the General Attendee rate are subject to verification. How do I secure a hotel room in Austin? Salesforce.org has blocks at three Austin hotels for Higher Ed Summit:

Hilton Austin, $239/night (the majority of conference activities will take place at the Hilton Austin) - ROOM BLOCK IS FULL
Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, $235/night
JW Marriott Austin, $269/night

When you register for Higher Ed Summit 2017, you have the option to book a room with our preferred hotels. When you select a room during registration, the hotel will book your room within one week and send you a confirmation directly. If you choose to stay at our preferred hotels, you must book by March 8th to secure a discounted rate. Our hotel room blocks will fill quickly and we will update this website once room blocks are full. How do I request a receipt from the Hilton for my hotel deposit? When booking with the Hilton, you will be charged a one night deposit plus tax. To request a receipt for your records, please call (512)482-8000 and press 0 to speak with a Hilton Austin staff member. Let them know you need a receipt and be prepared to provide your confirmation number, found on the confirmation email from the Hilton. Are meals included with my registration fee? Breakfast and lunch will be provided each day, as well as a reception with appetizers and cocktails on Friday night. What is the airport nearest to the Higher Ed Summit? The nearest airport is the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The Hilton Austin, where the majority of our conference activities will take place, is approximately a 20 minute drive from the airport or a 30 minute bus ride. I want to speak at the Higher Ed Summit 2017. What do I need to do? We are so glad you want to share your story at Higher Ed Summit! The call for session proposals was closed on February 8, 2017. If you are chosen to be a speaker, you will be notified and your conference registration fee will be refunded. If you submit a proposal, please do not wait to be notified to register for the conference. Register ASAP and you will be refunded if you are selected to speak.
