St. Norbert College has had an ERP (Banner) for over a decade, but most constituent relationships were managed manually, with no visibility across divisions. Rather than integrating an add-on CRM module to Banner, they chose to move away from a “one-size-fits-all” system and towards a best-of-breed enterprise ecosystem. While Banner is the “system of record,” Salesforce became the “system of engagement.” Join this session to learn how St Norbert College leverages Salesforce, marketplace add-ons, and a bi-directional integration with Banner using Jitterbit, to create a unified view of every constituent interaction, improve its operational effectiveness, and enhance efficiency by replacing manual processes with automated workflows and triggers.
