University Recruitment in the Age of Generation K
Today, universities are faced with engaging and recruiting the next generation – ‘Generation K’ – the tech-savvy, multi-channel user who values personal relationships and connections.
Add to this, increased competition, growth in student mobility and increasing non-traditional options for students to achieve higher education qualifications and it’s clear that a shift in strategy is needed.
So how are universities approaching this?
In this session, we hear from two very different universities – one traditional and one online-only, who will share their journeys, successes and best practices of how they recruit in the Age of Generation K, at a time when new technologies and rising student expectations, has never been more prominent.
