Developed by Salesforce.org and the Community, NPSP is the foundation of the Connected Nonprofit, giving you the tools you need to gain a complete view of your constituents, raise more resources, and connect your organization like never before.
1:30 - 1:50 pm The Wildlife Conservation Society Manages Visitors, Members, and Donors Together Download slides This year, the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) embarked on a transformational project with Salesforce to eliminate siloed systems and bring together visitor, member, donor, and advocate data in one place. This session will focus on how WCS is leveraging the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Sales Cloud and the Marketing Cloud to build sophistication into how they engage with their constituents.
2:00 - 2:20 pm Driving Impact on the NPSP: The Per Scholas Story Download slides Per Scholas was founded more than 20 years ago with a mission to open doors to transformative technology careers for individuals from often overlooked communities. Per Scholas uses the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) to manage Households, Contacts, Affiliations, Campaigns, Opportunities, Deliverables, Payments for their donation, grants and matching gifts. In addition to the standard NPSP fields, they've added custom fields on the Deliverables object to manage personnel assignments along with email templates and notifications to inform the appropriate staff when a deliverable is nearing its due date.
