Gerald Bidwell

Gerald Bridwell, Advancement Systems Project Manager, Smith College

Gerald Bridwell is the Project Manager responsible for the implementation of the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) platform at Smith College. This multi-year, campus-wide project encompasses the implementation and configuration of salesforce as the CRM as well as these integrated applications: ExactTarget to manage email communications, cVent to manage events (including Reunion) and Geopointe. Prior to joining Smith College Gerry worked for 12 years at MassMutual as a developer, business analyst, network administrator, database administrator, project manager and information architect. Gerry earned a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts and an MA in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mark Naman

Mark Naman, Director of Strategic Marketing, University of Notre Dame

Mark Naman is Director, Strategic Marketing in the Annual Giving & Strategic Marketing team at the University of Notre Dame. His responsibilities include segmentation, marketing automation, social media, digital content and marketing tools. Previously, Mark worked on multiple startups in the financial services and consumer industries, including 11 years at Gerson Lehrman Group in New York. At Gerson Lehrman Group, he served in various roles, including:: Chief Technology Officer, SVP Tech, Media & Telecom Research, and SVP Product Management. Mark is a Double Domer, graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a BS in electrical Engineering and an MBA.
