St. Norbert College has had an ERP (Banner) for over a decade, but most constituent relationships were managed manually, with no visibility across divisions. Rather than integrating an add-on CRM module to Banner, they chose to move away from a “one-size-fits-all” system and towards a best-of-breed enterprise ecosystem.
