The donor is at the heart of the payment process. Bass Visser, from Step Orange will show you how to increase donations and maximize returns from your current donor base. It’s the future of collection! Rene van Osch, of Collecte Kracht will discuss the impact of the collection process on donations, and how to use this to your advantage.

deSingel is a customer focused organization; focusing both on its external customers, and its internal customers to minimize overheads and maximize investment. Pierre van Diest of “deSingel” (art site in Antwerp for dance, music, theatre, architecture) will highlight how Salesforce has streamlined internal processes and helps the organisation manage over 300 productions each year.
