Now Available: Advancement Connect Winter ‘16 Release
The Salesforce.org is excited to announce the Advancement Connect Winter ‘16 Release is now available.
Advancement Connect is a comprehensive solution designed to address the fundraising challenges faced by higher education institutions. Now, colleges and universities of all sizes are empowered to dramatically improve their alumni participation and fundraising efforts by engaging constituents in meaningful ways, all on a single platform.
The Advancement Connect Winter ‘16 Release includes exciting new features that help higher education institutions raise more funds and optimize alumni lifetime value. Highlights include:
Streamlined Giving Experience
Updates to the overall giving experience significantly improve some of the most important aspects of giving so customers can raise more funds faster. New features include greater flexibility for Giving Wizard page configuration and documentation and image attachments with Batch Upload.
Extended Support for Cybersource
Cybersource is the most asked for and most widely used payment processor in the higher education industry. Enhancements to Cybersource support are extremely important for customers who rely on Cybersource for payment gateway services. Extended support features include refunds, soft declines and online donor forms with real time processing.
CAE Voluntary Support of Education (VSE) Reports
Customers can now instantly generate reports with additional support for the CAE Voluntary Support of Education (VSE) Report. Enhancements include complete support for all CAE Voluntary Support of Education (VSE) Report sections related to advancement as part of the second phase of VSE compliance development. Users can specify a date range and generate the VSE Report with the click of a button and aggregate fundraising activities across all donor profiles.
The team functionality is now more flexible and customized to help advancement staff better collaborate and manage their teams to better connect with constituents. Institutions can now configure multiple teams for each contact, name the teams, sort teams, note if a team is active or inactive and associate stage history to a team.
