Now Available: Advancement Connect Summer ’15 Release
The Salesforce.org is excited to announce that the Advancement Connect Summer ‘15 Release is now available. Schools around the world are able to dramatically improve their fundraising by using Advancement Connect, a comprehensive solution to the fundraising challenges faced by higher education institutions.
Advancement Connect empowers universities of all sizes to engage alumni in meaningful ways to significantly increase participation rates and fundraising efforts. With Advancement Connect, universities can manage fundraising, events, volunteers and more — all on a single platform.
The Summer ‘15 Release includes exciting new features that focus on helping customers raise more funds and streamline communication with constituents. Here are a few of the highlights:
Cybersource Payment Processing
Support for the most-asked and most widely used payment processor in higher education industry, Cybersource.
CASE Voluntary Support of Education (VSE) Survey
Further compliance with the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Reporting Standards & Management Guidelines, by adding support for the annual benchmarking CASE Voluntary Support of Education (VSE) Survey. Users can now specify a date range and generate the VSE Report with the click of a button. The survey will aggregate fundraising activities across all donor profiles including outright giving for current operations and capital purposes as well as deferred giving.
Improvements to Communication Methods
Enhancements allow for improved handling of preferred communication methods through start and end date validation, duplicate record management and rolling up and down of data between the contact record and communication methods.
In addition to these key features, the latest Advancement Connect release includes a number of new features and improvements across the Bios, Giving, Connect, Events and Volunteers packages.
