New HEDA Trailhead Trail – Foundational Knowledge for a Connected Campus

Salesforce.org released the Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA) in March of this year. With incredible collaboration and adoption from our community, we’ve seen a wild gain in momentum in a very short amount of time. HEDA has truly become the foundation for the Connected Campus – helping our customers realize accelerated success with Salesforce.

Today, we are thrilled to announce a Salesforce.org Trail specifically for HEDA. It’s time to accelerate the acceleration! If you’re looking to get started with HEDA, this new Trail is the perfect place to begin your journey. Learn the ins-and-outs of the Higher Ed Data Architecture, and quickly become an expert with this fun and interactive training. We take you through the HEDA Account model, Affiliated Accounts, Relationships, Academic Programs, Courses, and more!
