That’s one of the reasons why Salesforce.org recently release it’s Connected Nonprofit Report, which compares the relationship of Millenials and nonprofits with that of other generations.

46% of Millennials would engage more with a nonprofit if they had a mobile app
Millennials are more likely than other generations to engage with a nonprofit if they foster online community-building
Millennials are less likely than other generations to hear about volunteering and donation opportunities through direct mail
