Join Salesforce.org, along with partner Purple Vision and several leading nonprofits as we look at how support and service-based organizations are developing innovative ways to power their missions in an evolving and dynamic marketplace.
For service-based nonprofits, the challenge to grow and improve service is compounded by decreasing budgets, increased competition for resources, and a legacy of overlapping and outdated technology systems.
With an understanding that today’s teams are multifunctional, dynamic and juggle more demands and requirements, we will explore:

- How to manage multiple-stakeholder relationships accurately and with integrity?
- How to measure the outcomes and impacts of your programmes?
At this special event focused on Human Service organisations, we will hear how leading charities are addressing the challenges to manage their programs and outcomes more effectively, gain visibility into their performance and impact, and create a unified view of their constituents – from commissioning relationships and support networks, to beneficiaries, volunteers, donors and beyond.

Mark Sharman, Chief Executive – Help & Care
Help and Care had ambitious growth goals that could only be met by a complete transformation of how it connected its web of clients, carers, partners and UK government department, The Home Office. Mark will share how they are addressing their goal to achieve a harmonious and integrated CRM system to provide optimal client service and connect all the users for up to date/live information.
Ian Shenstone, Development Director – St Mungo’s Broadway
Ian has been working on CHAIN (a pan-London database used for recording rough sleepers) for over 10 years. Shortly after migrating the system to Salesforce in 2012, Ian set up the social enterprise Real Systems, which offers a consultancy to non-profits interested in adopting SFDC. They have been successful in securing new contracts in Local Authorities and smaller charities.
Peter Corpe, Public Sector Platform Specialist – Salesforce
Peter has been working closely with the UK Government Digital Service (GDS) team to ensure Salesforce is aligned with current goverment and public sector regulations. Peter will provide an update on Salesforce’s G-Cloud submissions and what we’re doing as a company to address data protection and security in cloud computing.
Steve Thomas & Keith Collins – Purple Vision
Purple Vision has been supporting non profits with their technology, database and CRM needs for more than ten years. Their experience spans full integrations of new systems, through to working with existing systems and infrastructure (and every stage in between).
They will share their unique insight into the options and approaches available to organisations of all shapes and sizes, and will share the story of Dyslexia Action. This well-known organisation has been delivering services using disparate systems and technology for a while, but have a medium-term approach to moving forward. Their case study will provide useful food for thought for many organisations facing the same opportunities and challenges.
