In Case You Missed It: The First-Ever Connected Nonprofit Report

Just last month, Salesforce.org released it’s first ever report on the state of the Connected Nonprofit. The report is based on a survey of U.S. adults who have donated and/or volunteered at nonprofits in the past year.
In an age where the success of nonprofits is largely based on making real impact, donors and volunteers are seeking greater transparency with how their time and money are contributing to the missions of nonprofits.
The report is available for free.
Key findings include:
65% of donors would give more money and 75% of volunteers would give more time annually if they felt their nonprofit knew their personal preferences
30% of Millennial supporters are learning about opportunities through social media, nearly triple the percentage of Baby Boomers, age 55+
The top two ways donors give money today are in person (51%) and by mail (43%)
To see how your nonprofit can better engage with its constituents in 2017 and beyond, be sure to download the full, free report.
