The Salesforce.org is excited to announce the NGO Connect Summer ‘15 Release, available today.

Nonprofits must deliver the anytime, anywhere, collaborative experience that donors and volunteers now expect. With NGO Connect, nonprofits can more effectively build meaningful lifetime relationships with constituents — managing their fundraising, events, volunteers, and more all on a single platform.

The Summer ‘15 Release has a number of exciting new features and improvements across the Bios, Giving, Connect, Events and Volunteers packages. The many new features and enhancements to NGO Connect include:

• Better user experience for greater staff efficiency- updates focus on simplifying how accounts are created, managed and integrated with third party apps. New features include simplified account creation and year-round seasonal address support.
• Simplified operations, giving users more control- enhancements to the fundraising packages focus on simplifying operations and providing users with increased control. New features include customer expiration dates, an improved refund user interface, and more field sets.
• Improved event registration for constituents and guests- improvements to event forms and overall registration work to enhance the experience for registrants as well as staff, making event management easier than ever. New features include customizable ticket orders, duplicate registrations, multi-page event signup and email workflow defaults
• Reduced volunteer management overhead and enhanced volunteer experience- volunteer community improvements include no-email registration and job/self-registration, empowering staff with the ability to reduce volunteer management overhead while providing volunteers with an optimum experience. New features include no-email registration, mileage logging, and job/self-registration
