Attention = Retention: How Two Schools Operationalized Student Success
Ultimately the goal of any higher education institution is Student Success: encouraging students to realize their potential as individuals and as prepared members of an increasingly complex and diverse global community.
That’s why Salesforce.org is hosting a two-part webinar series highlighting Student Success and Retention solutions. In case you missed it, you can watch a recording of the first webinar in the series, Essential Student Success Strategies for the Full Student Lifecycle.
The second webinar of the series, Attention = Retention: How Two Schools Operationalized Student Success, will be on Wednesday, May 13 at 2:00 p.m. EDT / 11:00 a.m. PDT. Join this webinar to hear how two higher ed institutions are using Salesforce to retain students and give them the support and services they need to be successful.
Northeast Community College will share how they built an early warning system to not only identify at-risk students, but also to reach out and engage them with advisors who can help resolve their issues. You will also hear about how the University of Florida (UF) MBA Program turned chaos into community and created a thriving central resource where students ask questions, make connections, and access information.
During the webinar, we will be joined by Derek Bierman, VP Technology Services, and Amanda Nipp, Dean of Enrollment Management, from Northeast Community College. We will also be joined by John Gresley, Director of Student Affairs, and Kathryn Pearce, Assistant Director of Student Affairs, from UF MBA Program.
Register today to learn firsthand from innovative higher ed institutions and see how Salesforce can help put student success front and center at your college or university.
