Last year at the first-ever virtual Nonprofit Summit, over 16,500 trailblazers gathered virtually from across 136 countries for the inaugural convening. This year, we’re back with two incredible community stories featuring Boys & Girls Club of America and European-based organization, Mary’s Meals. With 28 sessions across five content tracks, you will find thought-provoking discussions, practical takeaways from your peers, and have questions answered in real time by Salesforce product experts.

Still not convinced to join us? Here are five reasons to register today for the Nonprofit Summit this May.

Reason #1: Connect with the Nonprofit Community

At this year’s event you can connect with the global community in a few new ways: Community innovation chats, opportunities to ask a product expert for real-time answers to your questions, hands-on training, and learning labs. If it’s a 1:1 connection you’ve been craving, stay tuned for announcements to come leading up to the event, as there may be a surprise in store for you! Now, keep reading for more details on our new learning opportunities…

Reason #2: Dynamic Speakers & International Panels

This year’s Nonprofit Summit will feature a dynamic mainstage, which will be home to a timely panel on the current climate crisis. You will hear from Darren Walker, president of the Ford Foundation; the COO of Boys and Girls Club of America, Lorraine Orr; members of the aforementioned Mary’s Meals; representatives from OXFAM; and so many others!

In addition, this year we will be featuring six customer spotlight videos featuring; Save The Children, Make-A-Wish, UpLift Family Services, Thrive Scholars, Greenpeace Nordic, and Cure Cancer. We know that our global nonprofit community spans a wide array of mission focuses, so we’re creating an experience that’s designed to support you wherever your needs may be this year.

Reason #3: Learning Labs & Hands-On Training

You spoke and we listened. We know that you don’t just want to hear from leaders in your industry; you want to interact with them. So we’re excited to invite you to the second day of programming, designed for networking, hands-on training, and deep-dive workshops. You’ll be able to sign up to attend our new learning labs and hands-on training closer to the event, but we know you’re probably curious about these new program opportunities, so let’s fill you in!

Learning labs: Learning labs are a reimagined way to collaborate and learn in a virtual environment. Discover best practices and industry insights. Then you’ll engage in a live “lab” with other customers and Salesforce experts where you’ll develop a valuable resource to guide your next steps.

Hands-on training: Hands-on-training sessions are a chance for you to learn and practice new skills. You’ll get access to your own temporary workshop org and follow along with step-by-step instructions, guided LIVE by our adoption experts!

Reason #4: The Cloud

Whether you’re a Salesforce expert or new to the ecosystem, the Nonprofit Summit is the place to be when it comes to diving deep into some of the sector’s most pressing issues. And with 28 sessions across all five international content tracks, there’s something for everyone. Explore this year’s tracks below:

1. Manage Your Nonprofit: From this year’s top nonprofit trends to lessons learned from organizations that have gone through a digital transformation — join experts at Salesforce and fellow nonprofit leaders for insights into managing your organization and adapting to this highly-digital world.

2. Direct and Expand Your Program: Discover how to use technology to deliver your best programs and services and amplify your program impact.

3. Grow Fundraising Impact: Find out how to leverage donor needs and trends to implement fundraising strategies that raise more money with fewer resources.

4. Drive Marketing Performance: Understand how successful nonprofit marketers take a data-driven approach to engaging constituents, measuring their performance, testing what works, and reporting back to get further investment.

5. Govern and Protect Your Data: Learn how to develop your data management strategy and how to use technology to protect, integrate, visualize, and act on your data.

Reason #5: It’s Free, but Worth Your Time (Which we Know is Expensive)

This year’s virtual experience is free and open to all nonprofit professionals. Spread the word to your Salesforce.org super-user colleagues or those wanting to gain more tools to propel their missions forward amidst all that is unfolding in the world. Block your calendars for the whole event, as this is one for the books! Clickable calendar holds are available when you finish your registration.
