Announcing Salesforce.org Week of Learning

By Jim Stroka September 8, 2021

As fall approaches, I find myself thinking about everything I have always loved about Dreamforce: new product announcements, customer-focused sessions where we learn from and celebrate our community’s success, and of course, the featured bands are always awesome. And while Dreamforce 2021 will look a little different than in years past, I’m excited to share how we are innovating to bring our community together this year.

With Salesforce+, Dreamforce 2021 is on demand for everyone, from anywhere! The Salesforce+ platform will feature all industries and keynotes, product innovations, and deep dive content. I can’t wait.

The opportunity for Salesforce.org customers to experience this content from anywhere in the world got me thinking. What if we could also recreate the Dreamforce magic of connecting with experts, learning new skills, sharing experiences, and coming together as a community?

This is why, for the first time ever, we are hosting the Salesforce.org Week of Learning! Register now for five days of virtual events from October 4-8.

Learn New Skills. Share Experiences. Come together.

The Salesforce.org Week of Learning will take place from October 4-8.

We’ve created over 100 live virtual events just for Salesforce.org customers around the globe, with content and learning opportunities tailored specifically for nonprofit and education customers. Head over to the Week of Learning page to register for sessions in a time zone that works for you. You will find the following:

  1. Interactive Roundtables – Roundtables are interactive sessions hosted by Salesforce.org customer success staff members that provide the opportunity for customers to hear about user tips, common challenges, and product guidance. Each 60-minute session kicks off with a best practices presentation around topics like fundraising, governance, architecture, org health, and more, and wraps up with the opportunity for customers to share and learn from each other.
  2. Hands-on Training – More of a tactile learner? Join one of our hands-on training sessions to learn and practice new skills. Whether you want to automate processes, get comfortable with reporting, or take a closer look at working in Education Data Architecture (EDA) or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), we’ve got you covered. You’ll get access to your own temporary Salesforce scratch org and follow along with step-by-step instructions, guided LIVE by our adoption experts. These sessions are tailored for admins and business users at all levels.
  3. Partner Day – Join interactive discussions with Salesforce.org Partner experts. Bring your questions as we gather to discuss topics from the Week of Learning and how Salesforce can serve as a platform for advancing your mission.
