Salesforce employees have the flexibility to decide when, where and for what cause they volunteer. Here’s how we empower our employees:

  • Seven days of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) per fiscal year
  • $10,000 grant to each of the top 100 volunteers each fiscal year to donate to the nonprofit of their choice
  • Access to Team Grants to support employee volunteer activities
